Worst pizza we ever had. Basically it is just a tick disk of bread dough with a very thin topping. Tons of calories and no quality.

Self-serve spot for grab & go American eats like burgers & nachos at the Best Western Ruby Inn.
Canyon Diner is the grab-and-go dining option at Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn, positioned right at the doorstep of Bryce Canyon National Park on Main Street in Bryce Canyon City. It's a self-serve counter-service spot — the right fit when you want food quickly before a morning hike or a hot meal after a long afternoon on the Navajo Loop.
The menu sticks to American fast-casual staples with a Western lean:
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.
Being on the Ruby's Inn campus means you're less than a mile from the Bryce Canyon park entrance and a short walk from the inn's general store, where you can grab snacks and supplies. The park shuttle stops nearby in summer, making it easy to refuel without moving your car. For a fuller sit-down dinner, Ruby's Inn Cowboy's Buffet & Steak Room is on the same property.
Hours are reported as 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM daily, though seasonal adjustments are possible — confirm with the inn if you're arriving early in the season or late in fall.

The Canyon Diner is fairly delicious and reasonably priced. You can get pizza, salad, and burgers, along with delicious chicken tenders and mini corn dogs. The friendly staff were extremely helpful!
