Ruby's Inn has been feeding hungry park visitors for generations, and their Cowboy's Buffet & Steak Room carries on that tradition with gusto. We tried the buffet dinner which was an excellent value for the price. Lots of delicious food items to choose from. Only 2-3 desserts, though. We also tried the à la carte menu which was only ok. I had a vegetarian burger which was rather tasteless—my husband’s beef burger was also okay but not memorable at all. The lava cake was incredibly tasty!! I highly recommend it. Otherwise, go with the lunch/dinner buffet.

I’ve been to Bryce Canyon National Park countless times, but this was my first time stopping here for dinner. The menu prices are very reasonable, but the real highlight is the buffet ($28/person). It’s an incredible value! They offer a great variety, including stewed pork, beef, chicken, and grilled salmon. There’s a wide selection of cooked vegetables and fresh salads—they even have blue cheese! The desserts and ice cream were also excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality, affordable meal near the park.

This is the best restaurant near Bryce Canyon. We had their lunch buffet for $18 and for dinner, we had their ribeyes for $40. The steak included a trip to their salad bar and a side. Ribeye was 14 oz but it was MUCH BIGGER than 14 oz. It was more like 20 oz. The steak was fresh, tender and tasty. This was a great restaurant with very friendly service. Go there hungry and you will not be disappointed.

UPDATED: Breakfast buffet - Nice variety!! Everything was good. Biscuits, sausage and French toast were my favorites. Lunch buffet - ($18) Food is average. +: Salad bar has a lot of options. Rolls are yummy. Breaded fish was decent. Delicious brownie and choc./vanilla soft serve ice cream. -: I was disappointed with pulled pork, mac-n-cheese, and cornbread. Dinner - We opted to not have buffet ($28) as it looked too similar to their lunch buffet. From menu I ordered their tacos and hubby ordered the ribs. Highly recommend ordering from their menu if you prefer quality over quantity. Service was good and attentive every meal we were there!!

Ate here after hiking peekaboo loop. I had the 10oz flat iron steak for $30. It came with a trip to the salad bar, veggies and a side choice. It was actually a lot of food for the price. Food was delicious and steak was cooked perfectly. Mashed potatoes were amazing. Salad bar had tons of options. We came at 3pm on a Saturday and there was no wait. Most tables were empty. Staff were friendly and fast! Definitely would eat here again. A short 5 minute drive from the entrance of Bryce Canyon.
