Adair Lake
A quiet, undeveloped backcountry pond in the Dixie high country.
About
Adair Lake is a small backcountry pond in the Dixie National Forest high country north of Bryce Canyon, in the same general drainage system as the better-known North Creek Lakes group. It doesn't carry a maintained trail or trailhead sign of its own, and detailed visitor information is thin. Expect a modest, forested pond rather than a developed recreation site.
What's confirmed: it sits in Garfield County's Dixie National Forest backcountry, in country used mainly by anglers working the area's small lakes, hunters, and cross-country travelers rather than day hikers following a set route. If you're set on visiting, a topo map and Forest Service district office (Escalante Ranger District) are better starting points than a marked trailhead.
