We rented a side by side for 8 hours in August from American ATV Rentals in Panguitch. Panguitch is a very friendly little town and you are greeted at the rental place by the owner's dog Emo. You may even see him riding in an ATV with the owner on the way for his breakfast of eggs at a local restaurant! Dave gave us a very detailed instructions on how to run the ATV and also how to drive it through the 3 canyons we were planning on touring that day. On our way to American ATV we got a flat tire but Dave got us to the shop he uses for his ATV's. While we rode the side by side all day our flat tire was being fixed. The tire shop owner left our keys in the front seat of the car after being fixed so we were able to pick up our car after our ATV ride ( Tire shop was already closed). We dropped by the next morning to pay him. How is that for a friendly town? The week we were in Panguitch was rainy so the trails were hard to follow and we got caught in Casto Canyon during heavy rain & hail. The stream bed filled with water immediately and we were unable to cross any streams to go forward or to turn around & go back. We ate our lunch in the ATV while waiting for the stream to go down so we could safely cross (2 hrs!). Casto Canyon was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed that but since we had no trails to follow we didn't make it to the other two Canyon areas. Dave gave us a credit for another day to ride even though we did not ask him for that. We figured it was the luck of the draw what kind of weather we got. We rode again two days later. Dave is an honest business man who loves what he does & tries to make your ride as enjoyable for you as possible. You won't find a better company to deal with.
