Bryce Canyon Villas is a small cabin property at 75 Red Rock Drive in Cannonville, Utah, roughly 20 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park's main entrance. Cannonville sits at the southern end of Scenic Byway 12 and serves as the gateway to Kodachrome Basin State Park, which is just a few miles further south — making this a well-positioned base for travelers who want access to multiple parks without paying Bryce Canyon City lodge rates.

Cabins

The property has 5 recently renovated cabins, each available with either two queen beds or one king. All cabins feature new hardwood floors, electric fireplaces, flat-screen televisions, and fully equipped kitchenette areas with a microwave, mini-fridge, kitchen sink, and coffee maker. Private bathrooms have newly tiled showers. Each cabin has a front porch with a gas BBQ grill, and the property includes a shared outdoor fire pit area — practical for evenings after a long day on the trails.

Location and Nearby Parks

Bryce Canyon National Park is a 20-minute drive north via UT-12. Kodachrome Basin State Park is about 7 miles south, and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument spreads out to the east and south. Scenic Highway 12 — consistently rated among the most scenic byways in the country — runs directly through the area, making day trips to Escalante and Capitol Reef feasible. The front desk operates from 8 AM to 10 PM daily.

We had an excellent two night stay at Bryce Cannon villas. We had the king cabin and it was perfect: air-conditioning, oatmeal, as well as microwavable, popcorn besides coffee and views galore. This is our second time staying there we love it mostly because it is quiet and close to everything. My brother and I did two main hikes off of Cottonwood Canyon Road. Thanks for a great stay you guys. !

My husband and I stayed a night here in May of this year. It is a very lovely place!! Cabin was perfect, very clean and had all the amenities we needed! The grounds were lovely for a fire in the evening and coffee in the morning! Loved having the bbq so we could cook our own dinner! Highly recommend if you are in the area, Better then any hotel!!

We had a three nights stay in this wonderful cabin. It is equipped with everything you may need, a very quiet location and just a short drive to the Bryce Canyon (about 25 minutes) and restaurants and food market in Tropic (5 minutes). A big plus is the BBQ on the terrace, were we prepared our steaks one evening. The price is unbeatable and I highly recommend this location.

Excellent place to stay highly recommend! Just a few miles from Bryce Canyon very quiet very little traffic. Cabin was very clean and very reasonably priced. Owner was very kind making sure we had everything we needed. We stayed at several cabins during our trip to Zion and Byrce Canyon this by far was the nicest at nearly half the cost!! Would highly recommend! A+
