This was a GEM of a find! You honestly cannot beat the location as it is in between Zion and Bryce Canyon. The farm animals were a big hit and the backdrop of the mountains was absolutely beautiful! Very peaceful ! We were sad to leave.

Farm-stay cabins with breakfast, friendly animals, and a peaceful setting between two national parks.
Arrowhead Country Cabins sits on a working farm in Orderville, about 20 minutes from Zion's East Entrance and roughly an hour from Bryce Canyon National Park. That central location makes it a practical base if you're splitting time between the two parks, or just passing through on a southern Utah road trip. The setting does the heavy lifting before you even unpack.
The cabins are individually named and decorated, with comfortable beds and full amenities. The Garden Cottage runs large with a generous shower. The Cottonwood Cabin is cozier, better suited to a couple than a group. Each one feels more like a furnished home than a roadside room, which makes a real difference after a long day on the trail.
Breakfast is included and worth looking forward to. The owners prepare a to-go spread each morning with pastries, fruit, and yogurt. It's ready when you are, no sit-down schedule required. Small detail, but it makes the early-morning park push a lot easier.
The farm animals are a genuine draw, especially if you're traveling with kids. Guests consistently mention them as a highlight, which isn't something you'd expect to say about a place you booked for its proximity to Zion. The mountain backdrop adds to the atmosphere, and the overall vibe is quiet and unhurried.
If you're planning a trip that covers both Zion and Bryce Canyon, Orderville puts you in solid range of both without the crowds of the gateway towns right at the park entrances.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at Arrowhead and loved it! The property is immaculate. It was a very enjoyable and affordable home base for visiting Zion and Bryce. The owners were very friendly. We appreciated clear and responsive communication, the way they accommodated us with our late check in, and the breakfast was spot on for fueling us at the start of each full day.*Chef kiss* to the baker of the breakfast pastries! Next time we'll have to build in an extra day to slow down, enjoy the water, all the farm animals and take in the beauty of this pastoral mountain property.

A very pleasant stay in a beautiful location! It’s close to Zion and Bryce parks. The hosts were welcoming and very responsive via email. Cottonwood cabin was a bit of a squeeze for 3 adults, but it was nice and had everything we needed.

We stayed in the Garden Cottage, this was the perfect spot to stay, nice relaxing atmosphere, room was large, shower was very large and relaxing. The bed was so comfortable, which helped us get good sleep after long days hiking at Zion. It did take about 20min to get to the East Entrance of Zion, then another 20min to get to the visitors center, but no matter where you stay you will have that 20min drive from the east entrance to the visitors center. We loved walking around the farm looking at the animals. We got to speak with both the owner and her daughter, both were extremely nice. We learned about some of the animals and got to pet the goats. The grab and go breakfast was perfect with a great selection. We would happily stay here again if our travels ever take us back through this area. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality
