A bit late to review, we stayed in July 2024 (this review is in July 2026 and we are reminiscing via roadtrip pictures). This stay was great. My son and I were tossing football and he allowed us access to some property to throw and run, instead of the parking lot. Great owners, cozy, old school rooms. Got some good rest. Thanks yall!

Everything a traveler could want! A warm sincere greeting upon checking in and personalized attention to my needs. Room was spotless, well appointed, great bed, great shower, Wi-Fi, plenty of convenient parking, & a feeling of safety. I wouldn't hesitate to return on my next visit to panguitch. Thank you!

Comfy bed. Very clean room. Fast, friendly service. Definitely recommend. We were in Panguitch in late March (off season), so things are a little slow and many locals were closed for the winter. We really lucked out with picking Blue Pine as it is close to the steakhouse!

Couldn't have asked for a better night's stay at this lovely family-owned motel. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the water was HOT. Perfect place to stay, 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely impressed! This motel is such a cute, clean, and cozy gem. The room smells wonderful, and everything is spotless and so well maintained—it’s clear the owners take great pride in their property. Check-in was quick and easy, and the owner couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming. We love the convenience of being able to park right at our door - no hauling luggage back and forth! We also appreciate that they have a BBQ available to use. We’re genuinely so impressed with every detail. If we ever travel this route again, we’ll definitely stay here without hesitation.
