Bryce Canyon Inn sits in Tropic, Utah, roughly seven miles east of the park entrance along Highway 12 — close enough that you can reach Sunrise Point before the first tour buses arrive. Accommodations range from standard rooms with queen beds to Deluxe Cabins with a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in shower, mini-fridge, and microwave, to larger Family Cabins with two separate bedrooms (one king, two queens), two bathrooms, a gas fireplace, and a covered porch. The largest option is a three-bedroom Family Suite with a full kitchen and laundry, suitable for groups of up to six. All rooms include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and cable TV.
The on-site pizzeria and Bryce Canyon Coffee Company handle both morning and evening meals — a genuine convenience when you want to stay close to the park. Hotel guests receive a 10% discount at the coffee shop. Free parking is available throughout the property.
The property is seasonal, operating March through October, so confirm availability if you're planning a shoulder-season visit. No pets are allowed. Tropic has a handful of dining options along Main Street, and the turnoff to Bryce Canyon National Park is under a 15-minute drive west on Highway 12.

We spent 2 nights here with a family of 7 in 3 cabins. What a gem!! The place is immaculately kept up and spotless. Very friendly, and the space is very comfortable. Super convenient to Bryce Canyon, and there are restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend it!

My partner and I absolutely loved staying here on our trip to Bryce Canyon! It’s very convenient to get to the national park, an easy 20 minute drive. It’s also walking distance to what we felt was the best dinner spot in the area, a restaurant called “The Pizza Place” which had nice pizza and pasta and other things. Most importantly, our cabin was so wonderful - super clean, really comfortable bed, mini fridge, a set of table and chairs both inside and outside, and great shower pressure! (Haha, a nice touch after a long day of hiking up and down the canyon.) There is also a nice laundromat right next to the pizza place, super clean and convenient. You can park your car right in front of your cabin. And every morning we went to the little cafe (same place as where you check in) and had coffees and great banana bread. It was just a fabulous experience all around. I would definitely come back here and would recommend it to anyone coming to visit Bryce Canyon!

We visited Bryce Canyon Inn as a family of four and were delighted to be upgraded to a family cabin the week of our trip when another guest canceled. We ended up with a sick kiddo on our way to the Bryce area, and the extra bathroom and separate sleeping spaces made a huge difference in our comfort. The cabin was exceptionally clean, fresh, and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised to find reclining sofas in the living room, which were incredibly comfortable after a long day of exploring. Our kids also loved having their own TV in the bedroom. The location was another highlight. We enjoyed being within a short distance of several restaurants and only about 10 to 15 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park, making it a convenient home base for our adventures. The only thing we could have used was a few extra blankets, although we visited during the summer, so that may not be a concern for most guests. Communication over the phone with the front office was a little inconsistent, likely because of their limited office hours, but we found email to be the most effective way to reach them. When we checked in and out the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, don’t hesitate to book here. This place is a gem, and we would absolutely stay again!

My 18 year old planned this vacation(minus lodging), and her planning included coffee shops, this one was on her list, while finalizing detail that's how I discovered the cabins at Bryce Canyon Inn. We absolutely loved this cabin! It was in excellent condition, incredibly spacious, and very clean. The area is so quiet and located in a charming small town. My 15yr old even commented we needed to stay cabins like this and not hotels. The woman who checked us in provided excellent customer service; she was incredibly helpful and recommended a few local spots for dinner. Following her advice, we tried Showdowns for dinner and absolutely LOVED it! Great food, large portions, indoor/outdoor vibes, excellent customer service. Their coffee is outstanding—my favorite was the vanilla cold brew, I wish I ordered a large. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night, it's the perfect town and cabin to just sit back and relax.

We enjoyed our stay in the Henderson Lodge at Bryce Canyon Inn. Spacious and clean. Reception and coffee shop staff were very friendly. Prices of coffee, pastry and breakfast items were very reasonable. The Pizza Place next door belongs to the same owners. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. The location is quieter and less touristy than some of the other accommodations near Bryce Canyon which we liked.
