Cute place, but not worth it. CONS: The bed broke in the middle of the night and it had obviously been broken before as you can see by the pictures of the floor. My husband tried fixing the bed, but the screw and bolt wouldn't stay tight. The whole thing was bent up. They knew the bed was broken and left it there for the next person to deal with. We slept on the mattress on the floor. I emailed the owners right away and finally heard back the next morning. Their response, "Thank you for letting us know! So sorry you had to deal with that." That's it. I'm sure they put it back together for the next person to end up on the floor. The AC is aimed directly at the bathroom and does not cool down the whole room. A ceiling fan would be nice, but they opted for a cheap light fixture instead. They bunch the visitors up on top of each other, filling rooms up in order instead of staggering, so you may not get to park in front of your room as advertised. The trash cans were right outside of our door, which smelled like trash. Thankfully we left pretty early and did not have to deal with the 100 degree trash smell. It is on the outskirts of town, not really walkable to food or shopping, especially in the heat. PROS: There are plates and utensils and even dish soap to wash up after yourself. There are toiletries and even a hair dryer, along with the microwave and mini-fridge. There are black out curtains and we didn't hear the neighbors, even with their dog and baby. The self check-in process was pretty nice. They emailed the room number along with the code to get in. No hassles, other than parking if someone else is parked in front of your room-cause then you have to take someone else's spot. There is a nice park/rodeo grounds right next door.
